Terms of service

Read this page, the payment information and the privacy notice before registering, topping up or creating an API key. Business identity, address, support contacts and policies must reflect the operator's actual information.

1. Service and delivery

FengyuToken provides API gateway access, account credit, usage records and related technical support. Registered users can create API keys and use listed models according to actual usage. Model responses come from third-party providers and must not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial or other high-risk advice.

2. Pricing and billing

Charges follow the published rate when a request is accepted and the actual usage recorded by the server. Records include the model, tokens, charge and time. Price changes apply only to subsequent requests. If a record appears incorrect, keep the request time, model ID and order number and contact support.

3. Restrictions on credit

Account credit is solely for the API services published on this site. It is not cash, a deposit or a payment instrument. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash or used to collect payments for third-party merchants. No monetary value beyond any specified term is promised. Order handling follows the Payments and applicable law.

4. Payments and order handling

The currently enabled payment process is described in Payments. Top-ups use Stripe-hosted checkout. Only server-verified, signed Stripe notifications trigger account credit. For failed or duplicate payments, amount discrepancies or service issues, retain your order information and contact support. Purchased services are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Third-party services and authorization

Requests may be forwarded to third-party model providers. Model brands, names and outputs do not imply affiliation, agency or official partnership. The operator must obtain any necessary commercial-use, server-forwarding or resale authorization before making these services publicly available.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this service for illegal activity, infringement, bypassing access controls, attacks, service disruption, malicious code, key abuse or resale of exposed keys. Abuse may result in key or account suspension, without preventing reasonable review of balances, orders and disputes.
