Payment issues and order review
Self-service online refunds are not available. For payment errors, duplicate payments, amount discrepancies, service disputes or matters requiring legal handling, contact support with your order number, account email, payment time, amount, issue description and reasonable proof of payment. Never send passwords, email codes, full API keys, payment account passwords or cookies.
Third-party payment issues
Payment status, reversals and dispute handling may be subject to Stripe, wallet-provider and payment-network rules. Contact support about failed or duplicate charges and other issues. A success page or screenshot alone does not establish the final result.
Disputes and legal rights
This policy does not limit consumers' non-excludable legal rights. For order, service or payment disputes, contact the operator through support first and retain relevant records.
